Add products by adding codes

Add a CSV file
Enter the product codes that you want to add to the basket in bulk (after a comma, with a space or from a new line). Repeating the code many times will add this item as many times as it appears.

Complaints procedure

In order for a complaint to be processed, the submission must include:
  • Invoice number.
  • Index / name / barcode.
  • Photos or a video of each damage (each damage separately).
  • A detailed description of the damage.
  • Suggested solutions to the complaint:
    • Price reduction
    • Replacement/repair of the goods
    • Invoice correction
Shortages and damages in delivery must be reported within 4 days of receiving the goods.

Products subject to complaints regarding our company can be reported up to one year after purchase. We are not responsible for damages or breakages caused by your couriers.

Complaints should be sent to the address of your sales representative.
